Whether you want to purchase a parking permit, pay a ticket, or file an appeal, you must create an account by submitting your information on the left.
User Type: STUDENT vs COMMUTER
If you live in AU housing or live NEAR the university, you likely need to purchase a STUDENT permit. COMMUTER permits are issued to students who live OUTSIDE Anderson University residential boundaries, which is bordered by Lindberg Road, 8th Street, Scattrfield Road, and the White River. You will purchase a COMMUTER permit only if you live OUTSIDE those boundaries.
Username: Use your Anderson University network username which is usually the first part of your RavenMail email address. For example, the username for auraven@anderson.edu would be auraven. If you do not have an Anderson University email address, you can make up a username.
Email: If you have RavenMail (@anderson.edu), please use that email address.
Student Number: Use your Anderson University ID number associated with your accounts and on the front of your ID card.
After you click "Submit Registration", you may be instructed to change your password.
Click the Home tab at the top of the page to complete/verify your contact information. Please be sure your Local and Permanent addresses are correct. AU Police/Security Services will not be responsible for any lost permits due to inaccurate address information.
