CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Whether you need a parking permit, want to pay a ticket, or plan to file an appeal, you must create an account by submitting your information on the left.

USER TYPE
Visitor, Faculty/Staff, HES, Dining Services, or KWC
You will not be charged when you reserve your permit online. We will verify your employment/status and will contact you via email with additional information.

AU Student/Commuter will have the option to pay by by debit/credit card, PayPal, or can request to have the purchase added to your student account.

USERNAME
AU students and AU faculty/staff should use your Anderson University network unsername which is usually the first part of your RavenMail address. For example, the username for [email protected] would be auraven.

If you do not have an Anderson University email address, you can make up a username.

EMAIL
If you have RavenMail (@anderson.edu), please use that email address.

STUDENT NUMBER
Use your Anderson University student or faculty/staff ID number.

If you are not a student or employee of AU, just leave blank.

AFTER YOU CLICK "Submit Registration", you may be instructed to change your password.

Click the  Home  tab at the top of the page to complete/verify your contact information. Please be sure your mailingaddress is correct. 
**AU Police/Security Services will not be responsible for any lost permits due to inaccurate address information.
